Many children in the world do not complete secondary school. Even fewer go to a university. Of those children, most are girls. This means that children are left with no skills and little hope for the future. This leads to despair, crime, and poverty.
The International Relief and Development Foundation (IRDF) provides scholarships for children around the world to attend vocational training. Examples of vocational training include auto mechanics, electrical skills, carpentry, sewing, and many others. Applications for these scholarships are made from Asia, Africa and Latin America.
With just $500/year, you can put a child through one year of vocational training and give them a new future. We will let you know which child is chosen and give you peridoc updates and photos. With a large donation of $10,000 or more, you can create a perpetual annual scholarships into IRDF's Child Vocational Scholarship Fund. Please help a child today! |
