As an educational institution, Tokyo Christian University (TCU) would work on fostering of human resources. Our project is to enlighten and grow awareness of the importance of “wholistic mission” to the young prospective Christian leaders in Japan and eventually send them as workers out to the field. This would be done through providing short term internship opportunity for TCU students to join various development projects carried on by JIFH and other organizations, and have them actually see with their own eyes and feel with their own souls the importance of wholistic mission. The students would pay most of their costs needed for the internship, but it would make it possible for more students to join it if 30% subsidy can be provided. |
